1. Service Agreement
DP World Packers and Movers provides relocation, packing, transportation, and storage services to individuals and businesses. By confirming a booking, you agree that all services will be carried out in accordance with these terms and the details mentioned in your quotation or service agreement.

2. Quotation and Pricing
All quotations provided are based on the information shared by the customer, including location, volume of goods, distance, and service type. Any additional items, last-minute changes, or extra labor required may result in revised charges. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on service conditions.

3. Booking and Payment
To confirm a booking, customers must pay an advance amount as specified in the quotation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of the service. Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about pickup and delivery locations, availability of elevators, parking space, and item details. Fragile or valuable items should be declared in advance for proper handling. DP World Packers and Movers is not liable for damages caused due to undeclared items or inadequate packaging by the customer.

5. Goods Insurance
While we ensure safe handling and transportation, DP World Packers and Movers recommends availing goods insurance for additional protection against unforeseen events like accidents, theft, or natural disasters. Insurance claims, if applicable, must be processed through the insurance provider as per their terms.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
We make every effort to adhere to delivery schedules; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. DP World Packers and Movers shall not be held responsible for such delays.

7. Storage Services
Items stored in our facilities are kept under secure and monitored conditions. Customers must clear all dues before retrieving stored goods. If storage charges remain unpaid for an extended period, DP World Packers and Movers reserves the right to dispose of the items as per company policy.

8. Prohibited Items
Customers are strictly prohibited from including hazardous materials, flammable goods, perishable items, or illegal substances in their shipment. Discovery of such items may lead to cancellation of service without refund.

9. Liability
DP World Packers and Movers takes utmost care during packing, handling, and transportation. However, liability is limited to the value declared by the customer and as per insurance coverage (if opted). We are not responsible for damages arising from natural wear, improper packing by the customer, or unavoidable incidents.

10. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after service initiation may incur applicable charges for time and resources already used.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials displayed on our website are the property of DP World Packers and Movers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.

12. Jurisdiction
All disputes related to our services shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
